Who we are

Paradise Point Massage Spa, Nairobi, Kenya ("we", "us") runs this website, paradisepoint.co.ke. We are the data controller for the personal data described here. Contact us at info@paradisepoint.co.ke or on +254 711 762700.

What we collect

  • Booking details: when you use the booking form, your name, phone number, chosen treatment, preferred date and time, and any note you add. The form does not send this to our server. It prepares a message that you send yourself through WhatsApp, SMS or a phone call.
  • Messages and calls: anything you send us by WhatsApp, SMS, email or phone.
  • Browser data: small items stored on your device, described under Cookies below.

How we use it

  • To confirm and manage your appointment
  • To answer your questions
  • To keep our website working and secure
  • To understand how the site is used, only if you accept analytics cookies

We do not sell your personal data. We keep booking messages only as long as needed to serve you and meet legal duties, then delete them.

Cookies and similar storage

  • Essential: remembers your cookie choice, whether you have seen the welcome screen, and the music position so it continues between pages. These are needed for the site to work.
  • Analytics (optional): if enabled and you accept, we use Google Analytics with IP anonymisation to count visits. If you choose "Essential only", nothing is loaded.

You can clear this data in your browser settings at any time. To change your cookie choice, clear this site's data and reload the page.

Other services we use

Our website uses Google Fonts to display text, Google Maps to show directions, and WhatsApp (Meta) and your phone network for messages. These providers have their own privacy policies and may process your data, including your IP address, when you use them.

Your rights

Under the Data Protection Act, 2019 of Kenya, you may ask to see the personal data we hold about you, correct it, ask us to delete it, object to how we use it, and withdraw consent at any time. Email us and we will respond within the time the law requires.

If you are not satisfied, you may complain to the Office of the Data Protection Commissioner of Kenya at odpc.go.ke.

Security

This website uses HTTPS encryption and security headers. No method of sending data over the internet is completely secure, so please do not send sensitive medical details through open messages unless needed for your treatment.
